THE CONSCIOUS UPGRADE
Mentored personal excellence turnaround to increase resilience, enhance wellbeing and reduce anxiety.
Three seventy-five minute sessions.
A set of six, thirty-minute (Skype) sessions to be taken within a period of three months during which our mindfulness teachers will offer mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, set homework and answer your questions, as you build your personal practice.
A set of coaching sessions to focus on the goals, obstacles and challenges of your choice. Sessions last ninety minutes and can be taken at a venue of your choice or by skype. Purchased in blocks of three, six or twelve.
Together with your coach you explore concrete work cases retrospectively and prospectively in order to become aware of obstacles. You learn how to better deal with these obstacles step by step. The coaching focuses not only on what you want to achieve, but especially on how you want to achieve it. You develop practical (behavioral) tools to deal differently with your thoughts and feelings.
These insights are directly applicable in your daily (work) life. Your development is directly visible, practical and concrete. In between the coaching sessions you are asked to do mindfulness exercises of approx. 15 minutes per day.
