Our mindfulness-based training programs are a combination of Eastern and Western forms of training in mindfulness. Exercises in mindful movement and meditation are an accessible part of our training programs.

Our training programs are about working differently, communicating differently, thinking differently and seeing differently. They are both for private individuals as well as for professionals in organizations.
Most of our programs are tailor-made and in-company, but there is also a mindfulness training program for individuals on open enrollment: the 8-week MBSR mindfulness training.
It is a structured, formatted and validated training program with fixed sessions that exists for over 30 years. It is pragmatic, methodical and hands-on. You are learning by doing. Every week there is a session of 2,5 hours with guided practice on which we reflect afterwards. Some exercises you also can practice at home. You receive a reader and audio-material with explanations of the (guided) exercises.
